Honoring service: Recognizing excellence and dedication.

Mandatory Goals

  1. Upload Club Officers by 31 May 2026 and Club Goals by 30 June 2026 on Rotary Club Central (www.rotary.org).

  2. Pay RI dues, District dues, Rotary News dues (including old dues) by 31 August 2026. Pay RI dues again by 28 February 2027.

  3. Upload club activities on Rotary Service Project Centre (rotary.org) and Rotary Zone 4, 5, 6 & 7 App.

  4. Motivate club members to download Rotary 4, 5, 6 & 7 mobile App and Update their profile.

  5. Attend President Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) and Club Leaders Learning Seminar (CLLS).

  6. Successfully organize Assistant Governor (AG) visits and District Governor (DG) visit of OCV.

  7. Ensure 100% of club members are registered on “My Rotary.”

  8. Take part in at least six District Service Projects.

  9. Sign an MOU with the District Foundation Committee and attend the Grant Management Seminar to qualify for TRF programs.

Administration Goals (Choose Any Five)

  1. Hold Board Members’ Orientation Program by 31 May 2026.

  2. Conduct at least five Club Assemblies with the Assistant Governor present (One before year & Four during the year in each quarter).

  3. Submit a three-year Strategic Plan before the DG visit (OCV).

  4. Ensure at least minimum five members attend each District or Cluster event.

  5. Publish a monthly e-magazine or bulletin.

  6. Activate “My Rotary” accounts for all members.

  7. Keep the club active on social media, the club website, and Rotary Zone mobile apps.

  8. Prepare and follow the Club Leadership Plan (CLP).

  9. Report the President for 2027–28 before the 2026–27 club installation.

  10. Register at least 50% of members for the District Conference.

Service Project Goals (Choose Any Five)

  1. Do at least 12 Monthly Service Projects (MSP).

  2. Complete at least two joint projects with RCC/Rotaract/Interact.

  3. Take part in Rotary Exchanges (RFE/RYE/Inter-District Exchange).

  4. Do at least one joint project with another NGO.

  5. Upload service projects on Rotary Service Project Centre and Rotary Zone 4, 5, 6 & 7.

  6. Take part in at least six Basic Education & Literacy Projects.

  7. Participate in the WINS Program.

  8. Carry out at least six projects under Rotary Gram Kalyan Project.

  9. Join at least four projects suggested by the District Governor.

Membership Goals (Choose Any Six)

  1. Retain 90% of members.

  2. Achieve a net membership growth of 10% on the membership strength as on 1st July 2026.

  3. Connect with at least one Rotary Alumni.

  4. Induct two female members.

  5. Induct two new members between 40 to 45 years old.

  6. Sponsor or retain at least one Rotary Community Corps (RCC).

  7. Sponsor or retain at least one Rotaract Club and two Interact Clubs.

  8. Sponsor at least one new Rotary Club.

  9. Do at least one service project on Rotary Day (23 February).

  10. Organize Club RYLA and sponsor participants for District RYLA.

  11. Have the President/Membership Chair/Greetings Chair visit each member’s workplace or home, take a selfie, and post it on social media.

  12. Promote the Four-Way Test at members’ workplaces.

Public Image Goals (Choose Any Five)

  1. Use Rotary Brand guidelines, templates, and People of Action materials on club letterhead and banners.

  2. Create and link Club Facebook/Instagram pages with the District Social Media page.

  3. Develop your club website. (Better use Rotary Zone 4, 5, 6 & 7 platform)

  4. Get at least five local media coverages (print or digital) of club activities.

  5. Take part in District Public Image initiatives.

  6. Upload at maximum projects/activities on Rotary Zone 4, 5, 6 & 7.

  7. Subscribe to Rotary News for corporate and public libraries.

  8. Celebrate World Polio Day (24 October) and Rotary Day (23 February).

  9. Share at least one project with Rotary News Trust.

Rotary Foundation Goals (Choose Any Seven)

  1. Special donor certificate for club president and secretary donating US$ 100 before 1st August 2026.

  2. Special recognition for donors of US$1000 or more.

  3. Take part in District Grant/Global Grant.

  4. Do at least one CSR Grant.

  5. Create one Endowment Fund.

  6. Make one Major Donor.

  7. Special trophy for new Paul Harris Society (PHS) members.

  8. Make five Paul Harris Fellows (PHF).

  9. Each member contributes at least minimum US$25.

  10. Increase TRF giving by 10% compared to the average of the last three years.

  11. Make a Designated Gift/Major Gift.

  12. Special certificate for clubs donating US$100 or more to the Polio Fund.
