Upload Club Officers by 31 May 2026 and Club Goals by 30 June 2026 on Rotary Club Central (www.rotary.org).

Pay RI dues, District dues, Rotary News dues (including old dues) by 31 August 2026. Pay RI dues again by 28 February 2027.

Upload club activities on Rotary Service Project Centre (rotary.org) and Rotary Zone 4, 5, 6 & 7 App.

Motivate club members to download Rotary 4, 5, 6 & 7 mobile App and Update their profile.

Attend President Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) and Club Leaders Learning Seminar (CLLS).

Successfully organize Assistant Governor (AG) visits and District Governor (DG) visit of OCV.

Ensure 100% of club members are registered on “My Rotary.”

Take part in at least six District Service Projects.

Sign an MOU with the District Foundation Committee and attend the Grant Management Seminar to qualify for TRF programs.
